It’s hard to believe that Labor Day is only a few weeks away. It feels like we were just kicking off summer at the Jersey Shore, and now we’re already looking toward September and the start of another busy construction season.

While summer may be winding down, things at V2 Properties are gearing up.

Labor Day marks an important transition for several of our upcoming projects. The seasonal demolition moratorium, which restricts demolition in our Shore communities between Memorial Day and Labor Day, will soon come to an end. That means our team is preparing to move quickly on two exciting new projects:
